Be Selfish.

Are you selfish enough to care about how you feel?

Selfishness is the sense of self.

Are you ready to acknowledge the needs of your self?

If you are not being selfish and making time for your needs, you have nothing to give.

You are the only person who can take care of you.

What can you do to take care of you? 

–Talk a walk outside?

–Drink a cup of tea and read something motivational?

–Take an Epsom bath?

This week I challenge you to make a list of 5 things you can do to be more selfish.

Each day, do one thing to nurture yourself. Make it a priority.

You will have more love to give if you first love yourself.

Affirmations:

“I am selfish enough to want to feel good.”

“I am worthy of love.”

“I love myself.”
