Stuck is a State of Mind.

Being stuck is merely a state of mind.

If you feel “stuck,” make a list of the areas of your life in which you feel stuck.

Identify one action you can take in each of those areas.

Then, take action, even if it’s messy action.

That momentum will project you and you will feel empowered to take more action. One step at a time, free yourself from stuck. It is one action step away.
