If you can’t recall and long to feel joyful again, here are a few tips to help you on your journey…
- Choose joy.
This may sound simple. Well, it is simple. You decide that you want you life to be joyful. Once you decide, you have taken the first step. - Express gratitude.
Begin a gratitude journal. Write down what you are grateful for and why. You are rewiring your brain to see things through a different lens. - Find support.
You want to surround yourself with people who, like you, see the light in things and want to live in joy. You may find a coach that understands your journey or a sister circle to support you. - Exercise.
Exercise this choice. Choose joy. Didn’t choose joy? Give yourself grace and choose again. Express gratitude. Showing up for yourself in this way will help you reinforce these new patterns. Repeat.
