When you meet a challenge, where does your mind go? Problem Alley in the darkest recesses of your mind? If so, you redirect to Solution Street and look for a new path.
Shifting that mindset starts when you decide you are ready to see things from a new perspective.
As you shift, give yourself grace. If you slip into that negative mindset, don’t beat yourself up. Give yourself grace and set the intention to be more mindful of the pattern.
