Looking back and wishing you could do things differently is 1โa waste of time, 2โa waste of energy, 3โjudging yourself (and nothing good comes from that), and 4โliving in the past, and ๐จ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง, ๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐ข๐ค๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ. โฃ

You transfer energy into the past by dwelling on painful experiences and wishing you could change what has already happened, and this drains power from your present day body. This can lead to illness.โฃ

When you have that sense of wishing you could have done something differently, quickly redirect yourself by saying โ๐ถ๐โ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐.โ Practice letting go. Practice forgiveness. Practice gratitude for the lessons of your past. โฃ

And start looking at the present moment. The moment is now. โฃ
